108.2. The fee for setting up a file, where the president refuses to issue or renew the permit or where the applicant withdraws his application, is 50% of the cost indicated in section 104 or sections 107 to 108.1.3.3, or $1,846, whichever amount is less.
An applicant for a permit is deemed to have withdrawn his application if he does not complete it within 3 months of a summons enjoining him to do so.
